* All our pieces are made-to-order and take up to 15 business days for production time. Most designs can be made with gemstones of your choosing. If you would prefer a custom ring, please contact us before purchase.
* We offer a hassle-free 7-day return (100% refund). If you are unhappy with your purchase in anyway, please contact us for detailed instructions on how to return the piece. We ask that items be unworn and shipped back in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, minus any shipping or customs costs. All shipments must be sent tracked, signature required, and insured for full value. Sale items, Custom Work Deposits are all final sale, and not refundable. All such sales are final. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for sizing, stone setting and any repairs or damage executed after purchase by any outside jeweler.

* All items (excluding custom designs) will ship next business day after order, via UPS, with Signature Confirmation. Delivery times vary from 1-5 days within the USA. For other countries, delivery times vary based on customs, but are stated at 6-10 days. All items are fully tracked and insured.
