We ask that items be unworn and shipped back in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, minus any shipping or customs costs. All shipments must be sent tracked, signature required, and insured for full value. Sale items, Custom Work Deposits are all final sale, and not refundable. All such sales are final.
