We ask that items be unworn and shipped back in original condition within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, minus any shipping or customs costs. All shipments must be sent tracked, signature required, and insured for full value. Sale items, Custom Work Deposits are all final sale, and not refundable. All such sales are final. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for sizing, stone setting and any repairs or damage executed after purchase by any outside jeweler.

For other countries, delivery times vary based on customs, but are stated at 6-10 days. All items are fully tracked and insured. Alternative shipping methods, including USPS Express and FedEx, are also available. Please contact us for estimates and delivery times. Purchases outside the USA may be subject to import tax and duties at the customer's expense.
