* Cancellations are accepted. Request a cancellation must be made within 1 hour of purchase.
* Finished pieces ship the next business day only when available in your selected option and, for rings, your size without alterations. Made-to-order, resized, and custom pieces require additional preparation time. Orders ship via UPS with Signature Confirmation. Delivery times vary from 1-5 days within the USA. For other countries, delivery times vary based on customs, but are stated at 6-10 days. All items are fully tracked and insured. Alternative shipping methods, including USPS Express and FedEx, are also available. Please contact us for estimates and delivery times. Purchases outside the USA may be subject to import tax and duties at the customer's expense.
